Havisohl Industries Limited is a Nigerian manufacturing company incorporated in October 2024 under the name Havisohl Ind. LTD, in accordance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Company commenced full operations in December 2025, marking its formal entry into Nigeria’s beverage and wellness products market.

From inception, Havisohl Industries Limited was established with a clear vision: to develop and deliver high-quality, carefully formulated products that combine traditional knowledge with modern production standards, while meeting all relevant regulatory and quality requirements in Nigeria.

Following its incorporation, the Company focused on setting up its operational structure, production processes, and compliance framework to support sustainable manufacturing activities. These foundational efforts culminated in the commencement of operations in December 2025, with the introduction of its flagship product in the alcoholic bitters category.
